Breakfast Club
We are delighted to inform you that our breakfast club will re-start on Monday 19th April ’21.
As you are aware, we have not been able to run our Breakfast club this session, because of the restrictions caused by Covid 19. Although we have now been given permission for our club to begin again, we still have to adhere to the risk assessment and guidelines we currently employ during the school day.
To help us plan for this, please complete the Google form highlighted below. This will give us the information we need to ensure all children attending the club will be safe and that we have arrangements in place to staff the club and adhere to appropriate class bubbles each morning.
Google Form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScpJJWzLOvP0Goiu63EFNjBLfWKcnXLb3wMb98fI2jWHAJJ4w/viewform?usp=sf_link
Closing date: Friday 26th March
If you do not complete the google form, your child cannot attend our breakfast club.
Due to the restrictions, we may have to limit places at the club. This will depend on demand. If we cannot accommodate the pattern of attendance you are requesting, we may be in touch with an alternative plan.
For your information;
- Breakfast Clubs will run from Mon 19th April ‘21 and will be free for everyone,
- Breakfast Clubs will be open from 8.15am to 8:45am and provide breakfast only (no activities),
- The schools’ Cook in Charge will prepare and serve breakfast items to pupils,
- There will be a staff presence in place to create a safe, secure environment,
- Sample Menu has been developed (attached)
As the service is additional to core Education provision, parents/carers will be required to take their children to school if they want them to attend the breakfast club.
Should you require any further information, please do not hesitate the school office.
